Calling all Seed Fund Members!
We are pleased to announce that we have arrived at that happy time of year when we put forward our nominations for the 2011 awards. These need to reach me by the 14th October at the latest.
Nominations should be for people or projects that are working with, and for the good of, this land; who share a deep love and vision of a sustainable future for this beautiful Earth.
We would like to hear about anyone, especially the young, who want to start a new venture and need financial help. We can Seedfund some publicity or enable them to buy basic materials. (more…)

We’ve been quiet on the blogging front recently as there has been much happening ‘behind the scenes’ and the blog has had to go on the back burner. We’ve been busy putting the finishing touches to the 2012 diary which is actually a gargantuan job and we all heave a sigh of relief when we can finally wave it on its way to the printers! Just a quick reminder, too, that if you want to pre-order the 2012 diary you only have a couple of weeks left to do so! You’ll get the diary for a reduced price and will be helping us to raise funds towards the printing costs. If you are interested see our pre-order page on the website
So to make up for the lack of visual feasts on the blog recently I thought I’d share some images of the most superb rhododendron flowers at the Westonbirt Arboretum. We visited at the weekend and it was truely glorious. If you are local to Gloucestershire it’s certainly worth a visit ( and the chocolate fudge brownie at the cafe tastes as good as the flowers look) (if you get my drift……)

Hi everyone, Suzi Goose here! As you may have seen, we now have some amazing fabric wrist bands (as modelled by the gorgeous Harry Hotpants). They are soft and funky and a lovely way to show your support for the Earth Pathways Seed fund. Not only can you look wonderful wearing them, they double as a useful page marker in your diary too!
They are designed to be a little rough and ragged, and will gently soften and get a little more tatty as time goes on. . . . maybe when you’ve had enough of wearing them, you might like to pop one around a branch of your favorite tree for someone else to find. . . what a fabulous and fun way to spread the word about Earth Pathways!
I’m sure all our inventive readers out there can think of some other fun and interesting places to pop one of our bands. . . . why not send us your photos of where you’ve put yours(!)?
Please help us by doing your bit and buying a band or two. . . . from tiny seeds we can all help some wonderful things to blossom!
Thank you for visiting the Earth Pathways pages. . . .and keep watching this space for another amazing fund raising project coming later this year!
P.S. Thanks Suzi – this is mine on my gorgeous Witch Hazel tree that has just come into blossom (a present from Debs & Graeme) – I love those little crazy yellow flowers….!! Jaine xx
